Why begin with the account rather than the bonus?

How does the sixty-times requirement come down?
It is not one block. The bonus is split into four slices, and each slice has its own, smaller target:

What are the three-day windows?
The match bonus works on short deadlines, three days at each stage: to accept the offer, to switch it on, to finish staking the live slice, and to claim what that slice releases. Accepting and claiming are both done by hand, so nothing lands in your balance unless you ask for it.
